Refund Policy

1. Nature of Contribution

All payments made through the Oxypark website are treated as voluntary donations for environmental and plantation activities. Upon successful payment:

• A tree is allocated under your name.
• Plantation details are recorded in our system.
• A digital certificate and plantation location details are shared with you.
• Resources are immediately committed toward plantation, logistics, and maintenance.

Because of the nature of this initiative, the contribution is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a payment has been successfully processed and received by the Burhani Foundation:

• The donation cannot be cancelled.
• The amount cannot be refunded.
• The adoption cannot be transferred or exchanged for any other product, service, or initiative.
• No partial refunds are allowed.

All donations are final.

3. Payment Failure or Duplicate Transaction

In case of:

• Failed payment transactions
• Technical errors during processing
• Duplicate payment due to gateway or bank issues
• Amount debited but donation not confirmed on the website

The refund (if applicable) will be processed automatically by your respective bank or payment gateway, as per their internal policies.

The Burhani Foundation and Project Rise do not manually process refunds for failed transactions unless officially verified as an unresolved payment error.

If you believe your payment has failed or been debited incorrectly, please:

1. Wait 5–7 working days for automatic bank reconciliation.
2. Contact your bank/payment provider for clarification.
3. If the issue persists, email us with transaction details.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under circumstances including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after donation
• Incorrect selection of donation amount
• Mistaken belief about tree location after allocation
• Delay in receiving certificate or communication (reasonable processing time applies)
• Personal financial reconsideration

We request donors to carefully review the donation amount and details before confirming payment.

6. Policy Updates

The Burhani Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on the official Oxypark website.
